You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through secure providers. Unless stated otherwise, course purchases are non-refundable once materials are accessed. For cohorts, specific refund windows may apply and will be stated at checkout.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the services, attempt to access data without authorization, or infringe the rights of others. Respect our community guidelines and laws applicable to your location.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, and content are owned by Forgebrand Institute or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. You may not resell or publicly distribute our materials without permission.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational content and do not guarantee specific business outcomes. You are responsible for decisions based on course materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgebrand Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the applicable services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
